Nursery fees

Your fees are agreed in writing before starting nursery. We usually issue invoices on the 1st for the month ahead. Deadline for payments is 6 days.

We accept payments by Tax Free Childcare, bank transfer or childcare vouchers. Any special arrangements should be agreed with management.

Holidays and sickness periods are fully payable, as are INSET days when we are closed for staff training. Continuous professional development is a requirement for all colleagues so that we remain eligible for Free Entitlement Provider Status.

This is a one off non-refundable payment collected when a childcare place is confirmed.

When a place has been offered to your child you will be asked to secure the place with the deposit. This sum has to be used as part of last month’s fee. No deposits will be refunded.

She has absolutely loved being at Seedlings. We feel lucky to have found such a fantastic nursery for our little girl to experience. I am always filled with happiness when I pick her up and see her smiling, playing and always having fun…”
